Welcome to Jacques Jiha Mobile Notary's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, or electronic payments.

2. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments may be available for an additional fee.

3. Our notary services are available within a 20-mile radius of our office location. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of this radius.

4. All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

6. Confidentiality is important to us. We will not disclose any information about your documents or transactions to third parties, unless required by law.
